So I'm making a list of parts for my build and starting with recievers I am still un sure. My original plan was mega but I just saw the price for the Tactical machining ones, how is the fit and finish on these? Is there any play between the upper and lower? Any others I should be looking at? And build or buy the upper complete? Sorry if I sound flumoxed but I dont like to do things twice.

I have the TM 10 lower and have had no complaints, its a real nice lower for a fair price. I have a thread around here somewhere with some pics of my build. I used the DPMS stripped upper and it fits and looks great with the TM10, buy and build with confidence using the TM10 lower.  <thumbsup>

I just spoke with TM about their uppers being out of stock, they said it would be a few months before they will be available but that Brownells just ordered 50 upper receivers 2 weeks ago, so we will see. I am waiting for a TM 308 upper to match my lower, that would be swell...BOOM...PING!

Look on GunBroker.  A place out of Texas has some.  I pick mine up in 8 days.  Upper is put together already.  Just waiting on the lower
