skinless Posted September 24, 2012 Report Posted September 24, 2012 Hey everyone just pulled the trigger on my first AR. Been wanting one for many years but just finally decided what I wanted. Was pondering if I wanted a close encounter set up or long distance. Well everything I have is long distance so I decided I wanted to stay that way. I ordered a CMMG SST Bull with a Magpul set up. I hope I made a good pick. Hopefully it will be to me sometime this week. Now I get the great task of looking scopes and rings. Been viewing the Millet TRS-1 but just don't know yet. So many to look at but I want to get the best bang for the buck. Again thank you for letting me join this forum

btate868 Posted September 25, 2012 Report Posted September 25, 2012 welcome skinless, I also looked at the Millet and many more for a long long while before deciding on the Vortex when I found a good deal. Iv also heard the swfa SS fixed power ones are a real good bang for buck if your into fixed power that is.
