imschur
Since getting my permit at 21 I have only sold one firearm my S&W 4006. Lately though I have been considering selling the Desert Eagle and Calico to help fund a pricey bolt action.I dont think I have shot either since the 90's. 98Z5V
Aaaaaahhhhhhh... Tough call, brother. :-[I'm of the "buy, don't sell" mentality, but that is a tough call.
imschur
Im on the fence between a new Armalite AR-30 or a Sako TRG.
edgecrusher
I love the TRG-42. If you decide to let the Desert Eagle go, my father has been looking for one on and off, he give it a go.
planeflyer21
The DE I understand. Why sell a carbine that shoots military issue ammo, with times being uncertain?Jon
imschur
The real reason not to sell either is the required paperwork from the previous owner when I bought them. The rules were much different back then.
MaDuce
If your Desert Eagle is a MARK I, KEEP IT!! They're probably the only Desert Eagle that's actually good for any real world use and they will become collectors items sooner or later if they haven't already. Any other Desert Eagle, chuck it. I can't comment on your Calico. Don't know enough about them.
imschur
All I can say about the age is it was made in Israel and 44 mag was the largest chambering at the time. Early to mid 90's at the latest IIRC. I should add I dont know when my buddy bought it.
