Bushmaster ORC 308 rail options

Recommended Posts

Hi, first time poster and long time search button abuser. I have a 2012 Bushmaster ORC .308 with a Nikon 3-9x50 Buckmaster. I'm going to use to hunt a variety of things from white tail dear to wild boar.  I also want to take it to a 600 yard range with friends. What I need is a rail that I can put a grip on to hunt with and a bipod for the range. Do I go with a http://store.magpul.com/product/MAG418/122 or https://danieldefense.com/rail-systems/ez-car/ez-cartm-rail-9-0-mid-length.html?  I'm open to other suggestions also.

You can run any kind of handguard that is made for a DPMS.  I'm pretty sure all the Bushmaster 308s use the newer DPMS rail height, but you'll have to measure your upper to be certain.  There's a pinned thread in this section that describes the process.

Welcome aboard, man.  <thumbsup>
