We have Carolina's/Adelberto's. I'm sure it's all the same line. Best 24hr mexi-meal you can get. My wife refuses to eat there and swears the food will kill me one day.

I won't go after hours any more though. Made a 2am burrito run one night. The closest place is in a very "colorful" neighborhood. Pulled my Rosco on a turd who thought he could come to my window. Even a lil' .380 auto looks like a howitzer when you're standing on the business end. Got my meal and made tracks before he could come back.

When working corrections, lots of us used to stop in for the breakfast burritos at these places.

 

My buddy stopped once at about 0430 in uniform...the staff locked the door and hid from him.

possibly surprising to some, but Florida has some excellent Mexican places. A lot of migrant farm workers.

Easy, back in Kentucky there were ZERO good Mexican places when visiting as a kid.  We would say "Too bad Taco John's isn't as good as Taco Bell."

 

Now, due to the illegals moving up there, there are enough VERY good Mexican food places there that one won't starve.
