Trap/target ammo ?

Howdy,

    going to get into a local VFW weekly trap shoot, here in cheeseland.

 

Found a case of Rio 7.5 shot for $60...anybody have experience with this stuff?

 

Will it cycle an old Rem. 1100?

 

First practice is this week, if the snow lets up... <dontknow>

Never used that brand in my 1100 ,but if your 1100 is in good shape , should shoot it with out a problem. Have you ever replaced the gas seal ? That o-ring gets brittle & can get hard & not seal properly . I have seen the seal missing completely.

It shoots in the Mossy 930, which won't cycle the light WWB target loads.

OK, yup, put in newer delrin seal when I did the 3-gun conversion work on her. We'll see how this goes...
