  1. It can’t be that pricey....I bet R2 has more than that in ammo sitting in a closet somewhere in another state.
  2. There’s time to get that before October Shepp! Thanks guys. I’ve got a lot more figuring out to do now that it’s here. I can’t wait to show you the dumbass light switch setup in this thing. Either the guy who planned it is mentally challenged, or they just put zero thought into it. It’ll need photos for clarity, but it’s the dumbest setup I’ve ever seen.
  3. Thanks. We just ordered it. Cedar Creek gets all the credit for the looks. I can’t wait to have it all hooked up. I’m in a crappy tent tonight a few miles up the road from our place. My wife and the little one are breaking in the beds tonight.

And if you run with any sugars, do not cook over 300 it will burn the sugar. Meathead has a good recipe for a butt rub online if you search it out. I’d look it up, but I’m too drunk for that.

I like anything above 195. 200-205 is good if you can get it. The biggest part is wrap it in towels and rest it in a cooler when you’re done for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Propane seems to be the way to go, but there’s a lot of reviews for each that have them failing when they need them. Even when “supposedly” doing the proper maintenance and regular test runs.
  8. Still deciding which one to get. Looked at a few. We definitely need one due to our power company shutting down power on any red-flag weather days. Last year we had a four day stretch. I’ll get the 500gallon tank set and the plumb the generator off that. I want to get one big enough to cover a few things in the house like the fridge, freezer and maybe a few lights and 1 outlet. Most are looking $3-6k
  9. Keep in mind we were previously sleeping in the camper I’ve hauled out to the shoot the last few years. 4 people essentially living part of each week in that thing. This one is yuge.
  10. Seriously, she said that. I don’t know what you’re thinking. 3 slides total. The whole kitchen, the living/dining and the bedroom.
  11. That’s what she said.
  12. Keeps failing my other uploads. I’ll try again in a better area. Camping with my oldest right now and service is spotty.
  13. It arrived...I have a happy wife at the moment. Now to get it set up.

....but, but....you left soooo many options with that one. You’re killing me.
  15. Third cousin twice removed.
  16. You could do a crude but functional p80 with a razor blade piece of 80grit, and any sort of hand drill to hold the bits. You could skip the vise and the power drill and still have it work out. It’s a really simple system. Almost too easy really.
  17. Renting Or loaning a firearm to an unknown individual would be a poor judgement call in anyone’s case. I’d be iffy of sending my gun with a lot of the guys here that I feel I know pretty well. Just not a safe move.

She ain’t killing me til that house is built. I’ve got a few years before I gotta worry. And I’m not running life insurance until that house is paid for. Just in case. She needs my paycheck.
  19. I don’t know anything about the New York laws. You have a pistol there, right? There’s really no way to travel out of state with it? Or is it that you don’t have one and need one? Just curious, sorry it doesn’t help you. But it might help some of us who don’t know learn a little about the state.

I score the cap well into the meat. Cut a 1 inch grid and they break of nice into the pulled pork. The dominator and secret weapon mix is the schitt. You guys have given me a golden recipe that works right every time. Zero complaints from anyone. Well, the wife did bitch about the saltiness one of the times I brined. I like it better brined.
  21. She ain’t that surgical with it....
  22. Lions tigers and bears? Oh my! I wouldn’t worry about the lions. And luckily there’s no tigers. Bears...well, I e heard they can be reasoned with if you scream at them with a really annoying voice.
  23. My wife is the one that sent that to me.
  24. Welcome from the southern end of California. I believe my state and your state are in a race to out-stupid each other when it comes to laws. I sure wish one of them would throw the match and allow the other to take the trophy already.
