Well my plans for the ASA side charge upper are shot out of the water. I called them today and the rep said that there NONE of their uppers are compatible with DPMS ( I thought I read it was somewheres for sure ). He said that their uppers are based off the armalite, and their side charge was only compatible on THEIR lowers. So there it is, who knows different? I am now sad over this for the fact that the ASA side charge upper is just so dang good looking and made of quality. :'(

Ok here is my problem, I am to picky. So the best thing I can do is call American Spirit and just ask them what there uppers are threaded for?

Alright, I got my lower complete now!! I have the GA DMR Trigger, Mapul ACS stock 5 postion tube and dpms car spring and buffer SI bolt catch screw and I am holding out till the big gun show to try and save some cash. What do I hope to find there. Well letsee a Maid Grips Kit in OD A nice barrel ( 18 inch ) Low Pro gas block YHM 12-14 inch quad rail gas tube flip down front and rear sights ( I like the Diamond sight ) QD scope mount and scope maybe 20 rd mags and IF I find an ASA side charge upper and BCG for 650 or less its mine. You guys keep your fingers crossed for me.

LMFAO I am just really wanting to know cause the other day I was looking at barrels and I saw the SASS ( again) and thought to myself what is the difference. I know they cost more , but is it a manufacturing scam to psychologically make a person think they are getting something better.

Hey guys I am wanting to know if the ERGO colors match up to Magpul colors? Or should I just order the Maid Grip? I do like the ERGO Deluxe, but I don't want the color pigment to be off from the stock.

What do you guys use on your threaded parts to ensure they stay tight?

Good deal I had the same problem with my bolt catch screws from SI took 11 days to get here and I never could get a valid tracking number from them. Needless to say I am not happy with there shipping time , but from wait I have read the screws are worth the wait.

Well lets just say I could ALMOST have a 6.8 and a 458 RRA upper assemblies for what I got in just my lower DPMS.
