  2. I am keeping y eye on this on.
  3. This may be it on page 6 http://www.rainierarms.com/?page=shop/browse&category=&keyword=barrel&pagenumber=6 And dang what a great price on them.
  4. coated ammo..... is a day in hell. I stay away from that stuff. If it dont have some bling it dont have no ring!!!!!!
  5. Its a simple case of " push come to shove " the bigger/ heavier boy will usually push harder then the lighter boy will.
  6. I figured it had to be something like that. I am holding off until after the big show in Atlanta.
  7. I keep thinking about this sell, but this keeps coming back to me every time. Its right off Fultons web site For All Rifles - Chrome Lined Chambers Cannot Be Cut Or Further Headspaced, They May Not Properly Headspace To Your Receiver For FAR-15 & FAR-308 - Barrels May Not Headspace To Your Bolt For M14, M1 Garand, & M1 Carbine - All Non-Chrome Barrels Are Short Chambered & Require Further Chambering
  8. HA ........... I still have my soul but my wallet sure feels lighter And I have just done the cheep stuff
  9. LOL.......that is true........... but it will have to wait the largest show is coming to the ATL in 3 weeks. 1000 tables of pure joy.
  10. I truely hate to wait..........its like the parts cant get here quick enough. Anyone else feel that way :( :'(
  11. This is one thing I do like http://www.sbrammunition.com/458rifle.html It can go right on my RR Ar-15 Lower

    My POF build

NIce, I have been looking at the POF's for some time now. I like them, they are pricey , and I want this one http://www.pof-usa.com/pdw/pdw.htm
  13. OK so I went ahead and bought the Magpul ACS stock, but I am having trouble finding the mil spec collapsible extension tube, car buffer and spring at a decent price. Who can point me in that direction?? I found he Tube and spring , but every carb buffer seems to be out of stock. Should I get the hydro carb buffer? Ok well I just got the parts ordered, but I over paid 41 bucks. PK has the best deal on Complete Stock kits commercial and mil spec.
  14. OK, mayb I misread or misunderstood what I was reading. Thanks for the info, I do like this site!! <thumbsup>
  15. Uys do the RR quad rails fit the DPMS, I really like there Half Quad and I do like RR all around.
  16. Whats a pay check <lmao> Seems like I haven't seen one of those in a long time.
  17. Its to my understanding that the tubes themselves are all the same size ( Diameter ) the only difference in the two are the Mil-specs threaded portion ( the threads are raised slightly higher then a Commercial Buffer tube. imschur that is a good deal for sure , and I may consider it. Like I said, the first one will be temporary until I decide what I really want on it. So that may be the best way to go, and I can always use it on a 6.8 build <thumbsup>.
  18. Dang , I did nt see that!!! Now a Tube, BUffer and spring for and LR-308 AP4 will work, Im I right on that?
  19. I much as I want to go with the PRS stock I think it is a little pricey and it may be something I add later. With that said I am going to get the ACS and I need to know if this kit will work as a great kit for the ACS http://www.dpmsinc.com/store/products/?prod=5735&cat=1793
  20. Yeah thanks for that!! After reading the provided info, I have made my mind up on the Barrel. I will be going with the JP Mid-lenght Barrel. I have come across a couple others I am willing to concider one being Ballistics Advantage, but I would have to call them to get more info.
  21. Man you are great. Thanks for leading me that way. I think that is the one, and they make from what I have seen a good product at a very competitive price. I have to get a Roll Pin Punch set some Drifts and a nice hammer with changeable heads. I am sure I will find more to get. After I got into the parts kit and the trigger , I found all I need for the lower was a Rubber Hammer, a Flathead Screwdrive, and a Center Punch. I really thought it was going to be much harder then it was, and now I am sure I can assemble a lower in 15-20 minutes. <thumbsup>
  22. Got my GA trigger and lower parts kit put in today took me all of about 45 mins. Not to bad for my first build <thumbsup>. I do have to give thanks to imschur for the Sticky Thread on the Lower Build. Where is the best place to grap up a Trigger Pull Gauge??
  23. Someone please tell me what is so good about Danial Defence 4 way rail systems that they are 200 bucks more then a 12 inch Fulton. What are the good points, I guess what I am saying is is the Danial Defence rail system worth 400 bucks. I am trying to get my duck in a row before I pull the trigger on them as I build my rifle.
  24. Well I kew it was different with the .223 and 5.56. My RR LAR-15 is Chambered for 5.56/.223 So I know I can shoot eather one in it. I assumed the .308 would also be the same, but thnaks to you guy I now know different. That is good that it will not matter.
  25. OK, great , so when I get everything and fully assy. the rifle and then if I have problems I can just send the bolt and Barrel to the Barrel manf. Got ya, can a Gun smith also do the fix?
