There's a pistol caliber worth putting in an AR.wonder if they sell barrels, or uppers separate. Nice companion gun to my delta elite...gotta go look for one of these now

Gathering parts for a mini sass build.Midway had a deal on barrels this month so I differed why not ...upper receivers showed up monday from Essential,waiting on barrels, handguard and small parts.hope back orders don't take too long.yea I know its a. 22 ::). next one will be a. 30 to go with my 6.5..kinda got a soft spot for the little guns.waiting till next gun show in harrisburg for the furniture, see what looks good with green upper, lower and handgaurd..going for a calico look.3 maybe 4 colors

SASS is just a short bull barrel..fluted and blacked out..just lookin at them on midway site...$250 or so for DPMS..Mini SASS on sale for $200...description says deep flutes for lightening ..maybe that's the diff.

Just got same rifle couple weeks ago. My bro has 308 so I couldn't copycat...ha vent started mods yet. Tore down and cleaned smoothed up trigger. Tough finding dies and brass. Midway had some loaded hornady 140s and dies. Been freezin-a** cold here, and I'm anxious to pop a few rounds through this thing

Brother found this researching 308 semis...Bought his LR last year. Took me awhile, but I've decided to give the big guns a chance. Traded my PTR91 for an LR6.5.....Hope I can still join the club with a 260.
