  5. One of our distributors has this rifle in stock. I can get it for 1147.00. Is this a good price?
  6. AR-15 in 5.56. The lightest complete rifle available other than carbon receivers. This will be a Christmas gift for my brother and I deperately need mentoring. Please, help for a poor ignorant enthusiast.
  7. That probably smarted some.
  8. Welcome from Florida.
  9. Is this Mattel's new Arizona Barbie I've heard about? You know what Arizona Barbie said the first time she had sex? Get off me Daddy, you're crushing my cigarettes.

  14. Didn't win the Turnbull.
  15. Not yet.
  16. I installed the new lightweight main spring today. It's mounted vertically behind the back strap under the grips.I really couldn't have been much easier to change and the trigger pull is dramatically improved. Only problem, now the pistol twangs and vibrates when it's dry fired. I mean you can hear the new spring from accross the room. I read complaints on Boberg's website about this but I didn't realize how dramatic the sound and vibration is. Makes the Glock twang seem mild by comparrison. Oh well.
  17. I'm still high bidder on the Turnbull Arizona 1 of 1 308AR.
  18. That's like lunar rover wheels.
  19. 4.2" extended barrel and 6.5# main spring were waiting in my mail box when I got home. Fast shipping. Put the barrel in for test fit, fits perfectly and easily. Looks cool too. Going to install the lighter main spring today. Supposed to improve the trigger pull but will produce light primer strikes on very hard primers like Tulammo.
  20. They have a MIcro 45 in development. http://community.bobergarms.com/forum/categories/boberg-xr45acp-micro-in-design/listForCategory
  21. Damn! You'er making my stomach churn.
  22. The photo of the bottom of the slide is the best view. The claw behind the ejection port of the Boberg slide are the parts that pull the fresh round from the back of the magazine and raise it, via a ramp, to align with the breech. I should also note that since the Boberg slide must hold the fresh round in alignment with the breech while loading, it has dual extractors. One on each side of the breech face. This sucker is going to extract come hell or high water.
  23. Between you, me and the fence post, I took it out back into our secured lot for car & truck storage and fired a magful of Winchester WB FMJ. Ran through it like schit through a goose. And it's recoil was lighter than the heavier Kahr's. Shhhhhhhh.
  24. More: Kahr MK9 slide and barrel on botton, Boberg XR9 slide and barrel on top. Note that even though the Boberg slide is shorter than the Kahr's, it's barrel is longer: Kahr slide on bottom, Boberg slide on top: Kahr frame on bottom, Boberg frame on top:
  25. My first day back to work this week and the Boberg was waiting for my lustful fondling and fondling it got. I brought my Kahr MK9 for comparison since this is the closest pistol I own to the Boberg's specs. The Kahr has the superior trigger, but not by much. I have the Boberg 6.5# trigger spring on order which should close the gap. In it's box: In it's Winthrop holster: Kahr MK9 on left, Boberg XR9 on right. The Boberg is noticably smaller in your hands. The stainless steel framed Kahr weighs 24oz with empty mag and the aluminum framed Boberg weighs 17.5oz with empty mag. 6-round Kahr mag on left and 7-round Boberg mag on right:
