When I was 18 the legal drinking age in Florida was 18. I was the tire changer at a Goodyear store and had been out drinking all Friday night. I knew I wouldn't be able to get up for work Saturday morning so I went home, changed into my work uniform and drove to work. I went to sleep in my car with my feet hanging out the open window knowing my co-workers would wake me when they came in. I woke up all right, with both of my boots on fire and everyone laughing their asses off. They'd doused them with lighter fluid at set them ablaze. The funniest thing they said was that this was the second time they'd set my feet on fire. The fire burned out before I woke the first time. Ruined my boots and I'd paid a week's salary for them. Don't ever trust a Goodyear employee.

In 1986, here in Florida, when the Volker McClure act passed it was legal to open carry. The first thing I did was strap on a Colt Government and go out to eat. The looks of terror I got were un-nerving. Two weeks later the legislature recended the open carry portion of the bill so only the concealed part remained in force. I didn't like open carry, I think concealed carry is far more relaxed, although I do open carry at work. But I'm a pawn broker, you'd expect that.

When my daughter was two, thirty-five years ago, and we were teaching her the parts of her body, arm, leg, eye, nose, ear, etc. and she came to her fore head she pronounce it fork head which quickly morphed into fuk head. She pointed at my brother once at our nother's house and said "fuk head". Everyone had a very surprised look on their faces and my brother said "well, I guess I've been told". I had a hell of a time explaining it. Couldn't break her of it so we avoided ever asking her about her fore head. She also called a McDonalds Happy Meal a Puffy Milk. So was so cute.

I use a spirit level on the rifle and a level line on the wall. I level the rifle in a rifle vise with the spirit level and then match the crosshairs to the level lines on the wall made with a construction level. Easy and perfect everytime.

Just be careful not to get your skirt caught on the brake pedal. That'd be a complete bitch.
