    Welcome from Indiana brother RussC,the upper is where the cartridge is discharged so if its .308 [.308 is higher pressure than 7.62] and lower is the trigger you should be good.Thier are guys here alot sharper than me and will give you the straight dope.

    Added my EoTech .223 to14.7 PSA upper with A2 FS and MBUS rear they line up perfectly for co-wittness zero @ 100yds.Magnifyer would be a nice bonus. ;D

    Wood is bueatiful to look at as well as a skull crusher, and door smasher.The test on collapseable stocks was a really eye opener.There was a guy with an M1A in a aftermarket chassis and a F1 bipod that looked sturdy as hell,10" wide on each side like bridge spans. <munch>
