  8. That is exactly right brother. Here buy and selling is like buying and selling a car, unless the arm sold as in my case [there was paper when bought I want paper when sold to cover my ass]but in used arms a lot of cash and carry. Most criminals steal arms or buy stolen if not all.Shoot on bro.

  13. My understanding of SBR is, less than 14.5" and there are problems with cycling due to gas pulse but I guess if you tweak gas it's doable,IMO 14.5 for 5.56[surpriseingly 14.5 accually stiffens barrel so still be accurate but then 1-8 twist best] I can see 16" for .308 but 18" or 20" would be best in IMO .308 is for reaching out and touching someone my goal is hits at 1000 yds. but that's me.Shoot on guys.
  14. 98 here not always nuff said....Shoot on bro. <dontknow>
  15. Saw Larry Vickers on one of his shows grabbed an AR wiped it down with degrease taped off everything he didn't want paint on and hit it with flat krylon, first tan or like D.E. then like a dark green the black Bing bam boom done and mags also, looked good might try in the spring, what do you think? Shoot on bro.

  17. Nice job 98 like stock have collapsible on all my rifles for adj. LOP we are within 1/4# with full mag not bad. What kind of scope is that?I use the same type of mount but RRA.I had 2 scopes from Sportsman guide returned them both [both had something in tube like a hair ?] but they did take them back and credit my card without a hassle.Shoot on bro.

  20. Wow 98 checking out your project went to gun show traded my Savage for RRA lower w/2 stage trigger[that was polished]planed on building quick carbine maybe Huldra upper[Adams arms]but that setup you got going on has me a bit cornfused... <dontknow> train has jumped the tracks gotta see how this plays out <munch> Shoot on bro.
  21. And .......Ammo... <lmao>Shoot on bro.
  22. Yea brother Dusty gas tube is no maint. like Brother Robo said as long as the hole isn't blocked your go to go,my issue was the corrosive ammo that I was gonna burn up but was able to unload, while I'm confident in my RRA,these arms are tools and if I don't have to abuse my tool I won't[like when I need to beat on a wrench I get my worst one]when I spoke to RRA tech no mention of warranty being an issue shooting corrosive ammo just said don't make a habit of it.Went to ladies craft store found 12" pipe cleaners [knew they were to short] and waited in long ass line just for this, glad this wasn't needed. The only way to get moneys worth from car or truck is drive it into ground anything over 150K without major issues is good.Shoot on bro.
