Manufacturing has a long, L O N G way to go before they can make enough sights and scopes to outnumber 120 years of making MOA sights/scopes. But it never hurts to learn something new!

I have that scope in 4-16x50mm, FFP, and MOA clicks. I like it better than my 1st Gen Leupold Longrange Tactical. Clarity is just as good but with FFP and an illuminated ranging reticle, adjustable low enough to be used with night vision. Tested the reticle out in the darkest room we have at night…took several minutes before my eyes adjusted to see the reticle at the 3 and 2 settings. An unconditional lifetime warranty that I haven't had to test. Go for it! I must say though, I got mine through Camera Land in NYC, opened but never mounted and still fully warrantied, for $753 shipped.

Wifey is a coupon hound. Once she picked up like four boxes of Fiber One Plus. Stuff was like adult Cap'n Crunch going down. Rapidly turned into an oversized 'possum in the hamster tunnels of my gut…big massive farts, every 5 to 10 minutes. For like 8 hours. Didn't have the firehose effect these gummi bears seem to have though.

While they are on the pricey side, SIG has sales that blow everyone else away. When they introduced the P250, they were selling a kit with three slide lengths, three frame sizes, two mags for each one, all slides with night sights, for under $600. Employees at Sportsman's got 5% off of that too. IIRC they also did a deal where if you bought a SIG 516, they threw in their AR .22 free or for like $50.

A shake beyond holding out a couple of pounds at arm's length for an extended period? My buddy shakes all the time. Doctors don't have any idea what the hell it is…but they know it isn't Parkinson's. His last year working corrections was spent mostly trying to qualify on the range, and when he DID qualify the Chief Range Master over rode it and said he was too unsafe. CRM got over ridden too, as they need every hand out there…shaking or not. When I only had a motorcycle, he loaned me his truck to pick up somebody from the airport. He got to my house and I said "Here! Have a beer while you wait!" I started closing out programs on the computer with him standing behind me, when one of his shake-fits started and he shook beer all over me…and I was 5 minutes late already. Good thing the cops didn't stop me all beer reeky and stuff.

I'm out of this race, pending finding a winning scratcher blowing in the wind. Definately a future build though! Perhaps a project for our armorer's course coming up later this year.
