  1. Wasn't that him in someone's mother-in-law's closet with it? Jon
  2. That's how steel cases look out of the AK, from the cocking handle SLAMMING into them. Before they get launched into the next county. Jon
  3. I'm really liking MagPul! Jon
  4. Very cool! Jon
  5. Dang you guys are distracting. Pink Ergo ladder rail covers and a multi-cam VTAC 2-point padded sling. Jon
  6. Oh wait...we're piling on! Sorry! My two carry XD-Ms. The one has the Heine Straight-8s in tritium! Jon
  7. Beaucoup easy! And the kit does away with the PIA part Tom was complaining about on that Springer kit. Reduced the takeup by a huge margin, very little over travel as the trigger has the stop moulded into it. I'm thinking about getting another trigger-only from them, w/o the lightened springs, for the carry guns. Jon
  8. I was hoping my wallet wasn't listening. But my brain over rode it with the cool factor! I shot one of your rifles with a BAD...you have part of the guilt. Jon
  9. No doubt. I've already been sourcing 30mm rounds. Jon
  10. An "Israeli" duffle bag, for my new range bag. My other two are DOA. Jon
  11. "But when he slipped in the brass, It got stuck in her ass, And she said I think that's one to many!" Jon
  12. I remember footage of David Rockefeller before congress, testifying that he only paid X-amount in taxes on his worth of billions and billions. Back in the mid-'70s. It was because all their wealth is in trusts. Huge public outcry. And we still have untouchable trusts. Jon
  13. You have a picture of the brass? How dented? Jon
  14. Moonclips brother: That pistol he's using is a Smith & Wesson 325 Thunder Ranch model, 4" barrel 6-shot, lightweight N-frame. They also make a 7-shot .357 Magnum that will use moonclips too. When I'm in practice (I'm out right now), I can utilize speedloaders faster than most shooters can reload magazines into a semi-auto pistol. The biggest disadvantage to revolvers is their assigned dexterity and having to use them with the other hand. Jon
  15. Bummer. Time to get creative! Jon
  16. Is anyone using trusts for all their other firearms? Jon
  17. Dammit! Just when I thought I'd broken free from the Curse of The Wheelies!! Jon
  18. For people with "the touch" there isn't any tree they can't make look good. I've spent hours looking over other people's projects in various tree samples. There is way, WAY more to it that a few simple rules of grain direction and finish. Someone posted photos of a Marlin stock-set once, satin finished AAA-black walnut with 32LPI checkering...absolutely flawless. Jon
  19. Very cool! My first handgun got stolen and I sold my first rifle and shotgun. You should reward your rifle with a kit like Tom put on his 700! Jon
  20. I thought so...but hey, if it's on the pic... Jon
  21. Those do work on Pmags. Just sayin'. Jon
  22. A new revelation. Did you know that AR pushers aren't only on this site? Jon
  23. Doesn't MRI make a 10/22-style .17HMR? Jon
  24. Oh you say that to all the guys! Jon
  25. Nice! Did you build that Caspian? Jon
