The thing I like about them like I said in the gear thread was they’re synthetic leather. I have narrow feet, real leather stretches out gets sloppy, also being in a trade they get alil more wear and tear and have held up a bit better than others

If this next pair holds up as well as the last I’ll just order from a company that’s not them.....

I’ve pulled eyelets off my last to pairs and said no more i called 5.11, I know I should have to begin with but works been so crazy it’s been hard to take time/remember ***problem resolved but as a company of their stature it’s still BS

I’ve had a pair for 6-8 month 500 miles on them been the best boots I’ve had since I’ve been wearing patrol style boots

Problem is I really like these, customer service has just been trash.

So I’m gonna go on alil rant here. End of sept (the 19th) I ordered a pair of boots from them boots I wear for Work. I got them shit I ordered the wrong ones, no side zip and they’re leather my fault. After they took two weeks to be shipped to me due to them re doing their wearhouse. Email them twice the week of the 2nd asking them for them to do an ecxchange the fifth they reply Good afternoon Neal,Thank you for contacting 5.11 Tactical. We are currently transitioning to a new system & will resume shipping next week. As soon as we are up & running with the new system your Return Authorization will be created & you will be notified at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but we do appreciate your understanding & patience during this time. Customer Service I have yet to hear anything from them I’ve emailed them twice since with no reply, think they’ll be getting a phone call tomorrow. This is horse shit I know I F’d up but damn?!
