The thing I like about them like I said in the gear thread was they’re synthetic leather. I have narrow feet, real leather stretches out gets sloppy, also being in a trade they get alil more wear and tear and have held up a bit better than others

Problem is I really like these, customer service has just been trash.

So I’m gonna go on alil rant here. End of sept (the 19th) I ordered a pair of boots from them boots I wear for Work. I got them shit I ordered the wrong ones, no side zip and they’re leather my fault. After they took two weeks to be shipped to me due to them re doing their wearhouse. Email them twice the week of the 2nd asking them for them to do an ecxchange the fifth they reply Good afternoon Neal,Thank you for contacting 5.11 Tactical.
