So I’m gonna go on alil rant here. End of sept (the 19th) I ordered a pair of boots from them boots I wear for Work. I got them shit I ordered the wrong ones, no side zip and they’re leather my fault. After they took two weeks to be shipped to me due to them re doing their wearhouse. Email them twice the week of the 2nd asking them for them to do an ecxchange the fifth they reply

I have yet to hear anything from them I’ve emailed them twice since with no reply, think they’ll be getting a phone call tomorrow. This is horse shit I know I F’d up but damn?! I hate to put them on blast but...........
