I really like 28 gauge mine is my grandpas single shot, my dad has a Remington express pump that he bought after I was "old enough" to Have/use the single shot.

That's one thing I really worked on after I bought mine. With never shooting a compact gun before this one, I guess I had never really paid attention to it till now which just made me better. I like my left hand cupped under my right with both thumbs facing forward in parallel
