Hemi this is the thermometer I was telling you about. Since my smoke controls heat digitally I use both probs for meat, but has two probs "one for meat one for smoker temp" then you can bring the remote read out in the house or garage or gun work station and keep an eye on things.

Hahah yes it is, I only deal with it in the winter lol I've got a meter in my van for it so excuse me 7 in wc I do know the furnaces I work on have to be 3-3.6 in wc
