Well if your in the know you might rember the Jerky Boys That was funny!!? Ok really im in the market for a decent food dehydrator for jerky One with metal trays (im addicted to teriaky)! My second inquiry is can you do fish in a dehydrator or can I do bolth with a smoker? Problem no.1 with smoker i'm in a bad spot to do an outside smoker mmmm love me some fish candy! So I guess smoker is next but if you have a dehydrator you like and maybe a recipe that is not a family secret I'd love to hear it..

I ran 20 rnds at 100yds it takes a little getting used to holding sideways but seemed to do the trick I have yet to do more at the range due to lack of ammo in my neck of the woods. I hit a silhouette target easy enough. To me there peace of mind in a situation.
