There is no question. Yes. Reload. If making bulk ammo its not gonna save you much but if making match ammo it is much cheaper. Ive been using my hornady lock n load kit for a year and love it. Takes time to recoup the initial cost but not too long you can tune loads to your firearm. I wish i had progressive for my pistol loads bc of the quantity i pump out but am very happy with what i have and it allows me to shoot every weekend.

I had a similar issue with mine when i built it. I started offadjusting the gas block to lowest setting for locking back and did fine single loading but once i filled the mag it constantly did the same as you have shown. All said springs but on a new set up it didnt sound right. Well after toying with it for weeks i upped the gas a half turn and it ran flawlessly. You seem to have a bit of blowby till it eventually seals.

I run 43 gr h4895 on 165 sgk and 168 smk with cci mag LR. Closer to 44 with std primers. Gets me a bit over 2700 so you can back it off some.

Well ive only got a a thousand or so factory and same in reloads of 44 mag but i have a rule that my supply only expands, never dissipates. So buying factory is what i did. 29 a box for fiocci wasnt bad.
