  1. Rule 68.c of the 308ar forum: Video pls!!! You do not need to survive. Just make sure the video survives. If you do not kill yourself, just take that as a bonus. <laughs>
  2. I'm not aware of any standard rifle loads that use 7828.... probably why there is so much of that stuff still floating around and not being hoarded....
  3. That's the ideal - so it never locks up on you.
  4. Costco... hmmm gotta keep an eye out for that. 64 should cover all the firearms in our small "retail floor".
  5. I forgot these other important ones (I believe I've already secured my place in hell a long time ago so what the heck....) FOB - i.e. fresh of boat Bruised banana - e.g. "Check out that wannabe gansta he got so much blingage he look like a bruised banana, all black on the inside." Zipperhead (i.e. from Full Metal Jacket) - i.e. the sound that Charlie's head makes when it gets sniped by an M14 from 600yds away. Or... "Zero Intelligence Potential" when interrogating a Charlie that obviously knows jack squat. Or.... referring to the bodybag zippers. Or...... Waverunner - e.g. "That waverunner made it out alive but he lost all his stuff in the tsunami." UFO (Ugly Fucking Oriental) - e.g. "Whitey likes them asian poontang but can't tell a UFO from a HAB." HAB (Hot Asian Bitch) - see above. Nikon - e.g. "F*ing Nikon standing in the middle of the crowded pedestrian bridge taking pictures to send back to China." Post it - e.g. "China sent a whole assload of post-it's to Chosin Reservoir...it was impossible to kill all them yellow monkeys." Mung - e.g. "Boatloads of mungs flooded the shores as they fled Vietnam." (mung = phonetic contraction of Hmong) Nuprin - ... yes, definitely better. (and for you Top Gear fans) Slope - e.g. "There was a whole bunch of slopes having phó at the Vietnamese restaurant, and I could not stand their loud ching-chong-ling-long-ding-dong (<--- yes, watch this) and had to leave."
  6. Can I add me to the list? Need a safe for the manufacturing shop. :)
  7. You forgot: Chink - e.g. "God damm chinks and their knockoff junk!" Slant/Slanty - e.g. "I don't trust that slanty eyed chink over there." Charlie - e.g. "Take cover!! Charlie in the trees!!" Gook - e.g. "This kimchee stinks to high heaven! I can't stand all this gook cooking." Japs - e.g. "I don't understand why these japs keep eating our bait!" Banana - e.g. "Shibi is a banana." Dog Eater - duh, this should be self explanatory. Riceboy - e.g. "Check out that riceboy with that slammed Acura with all that neon lights." Fingernail Rancher - ever wondered what percentage of nail salons are owned or operated by asians? Socket face - e.g. "His eyes are so small and slanty he looks like a socket face."
  8. OK.... so it seems that my derriere is somewhat in demand. <laughs> Haha... that sounds like something my autistic 7yo does all the time (yes, constantly).
  9. LOL.. Stretching it indeed. How long do they normally last? I'm up to reload #7 on my lake city brass and so far only one small crack in one case neck. I do anneal every couple of reloads, not sure if that makes a difference.
  10. I'm taking notes..... trying to see what people want. :D
  11. I believe I saw a very recent post on this forum mentioning something about BHW's QC been off the mark...... don't remember which thread it is. Here ya go....
  12. Prepped empty brass left over from last range outing. 201x 308, over 300x 300BLK, 150+ 9mm. Cleaned + annealed + trimmed all the 308 and 300AAC brass. Reloaded 201x 308 with various test loads (IMR 4064 and testing out IMR 8208 XBR). Reloaded 100x 300AAC 125gr supersonic loads with AA 4100. (Speer 125gr TNT, 18.5gr AA4100, 52.5mm COAL) Tomorrow - continue reloading 300 BLK with Nosler 125gr B-tip and Nosler 220gr CC subsonics.
  13. Oh goody... found this:
  14. Too small to read the text. The other text says "Novosti dnya" (News of the day) How long before they incorporate the keymod specs in the AK-12? Will they copy Matt's FF tube/bipod? <lmao>
  15. That's what I was afraid of. No matter. Handgun safe's are reasonably priced.
  16. Thanks for the tips. Anyone got P226 10-rounders to loan me. We're probably going across to San Diego, then heading north all the way up to Norcal (SF is probably the limit) in the urban assault vehicle (pictured below) We won't be making any hard and fast plans, just taking our time and going wherever we want to go. I'll definitely be online during the trip so you will likely see video of us getting pulled over for having firearms in the vehicle. My guess is that will likely happen in Oakland....LOL BTW, does the locking center console/storage bin in the vehicle pass as a "locked container"?
  17. Been there, done that.... a little too much. Either way, people got hurt, nobody was happy. ....and for the rest of you perverts.... <laughs> <lmao> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQF4fFiWf2Y
  18. I'm planning to take a road trip with the wife/kids in about a week or two, to CA.... maybe NV. Not sure about the laws in CA but was wondering if it was a good idea to take the handguns along just in case. If so, should I be dropping the standard mags for 10-rounders? Thoughts?
  19. UBR + aftermarket strike plate :D
  20. I got a dynacomp on my 300 BLK....bad news is I pinned it in.
  21. I guess I'll probably become a Manufacturer of Doubt too.
  22. WOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTT!!!!!!!!!
  23. ^^^ +1 on this, and Far From Home really strikes a chord with me.
  24. Yes, it says so right there on the page. :))
  25. The Bobro was likely designed for parts interchangability between different models. Makes it cheaper to manufacture, simply mix/match parts to get a 1" ring, 30mm ring, or even a different mounting base for 20MOA elevation etc... I recall seeing something similar from one of the manufacturers - don't recall who, but the mount I saw could be adjusted to 0 MOA, 10MOA and 20MOA elevation by simply unbolting the rings from the QD base, moving it around to the correct index and retightening and tada the elevation is set.
