  1. I have the rcbs station and this is brilliant, thank you sharing this one.
  2. Wow! That’s some cloud formation there. 🤣
  3. That movie never seems to get old for me Doc 👍
  4. Thanks Tom, that’s information I had not realized. 👍
  5. I have Varget in good supply at this time, well worth giving a try.
  6. Gotta get a trigger next, that’s the BCM nickel coated one that came with the lower and that thing is mush. That’ll happen soon enough. Have some 68gr & 77gr smk’s I am looking forward to reloading for it. If you have a favorite load I’m all ears.
  7. My first set up with one, have a few red dots but mostly lpvo’s. Having fun learning with it and these 2 paired together nicely.
  8. Paired together a LaRue complete upper 16” barrel with a BCM complete lower. First shoots today and for 2 different manufacturers this thing fits together very nicely. I have changed some parts, took the birdcage flash hider off and put on a VG6 Epsilon, and a Radian charging handle and selector. for the glass I did this combo, that’s a 3x magnifier. I shot 2 factory loads a 73gr Federal otm and a Speer 75gr gold dot sp. To be fair these shots with the Federal load are the very first shots from the barrel and sighting in the red dot. But I like that gold dot load. Put them both across the Caldwell crony. Sighted in at 36yds, Federal was up first, was happy to hit the lunchbag with the first shot. I shot the targets before I did the crony. The rest was a death grip tripod. I know what you’re thinking 4&5 of the Speer load, sometimes I get lucky. Lots of heart beats in those groups. LoL That’s was a good day. Thanks for letting me share this afternoon’s adventure.
  9. You guys have probably heard the ATF has 4 mos turn around on filing for tax stamps and then I get ads for suppressor’s. Well you get the idea.
  10. I’ve given this cartridge some thought, very interested to see how this works out for you.
  11. I agree with that as well.

  13. Nice find and I’d shoot it.
  14. Oh hell yeah! Looks like the right combo.
  15. I hope we don’t see a return of the virus days of empty shelves. Thanks for posting Doc.

    New Here

Thank you all for the welcome! Lots of information here to read up on at a time of the year I need to be working outdoors. Weather has been really nice for the last 6wks, all most feels like I maybe getting a head of the honey do list. All Most 🤣

It would be 308AR, nothing like a delayed response. The site locked me out just after joining, figured I had adjusted settings here and banned myself. Robocop had looked into it and said all was good on sites side and should work for me. Never did work and finally gave up. Full30 going down has left me as a lurker so, tried my saved info (yes I saved it from this long ago) and now it works. Reading more than posting at this point and last year picked up a Ruger SFAR 16”. Hope to get out today and shoot.
  18. LoL🤣
  19. 100% indeed!
  20. If you had new Grendel brass would you run it through a Grendel sizing die first before the 22 ARC?
  21. For about a year and a half there wasn’t any primers. I wouldn’t get too impatient just yet and invest in the small rifle primer brass. I’m no expert nor do I have a crystal ball. But I believe it is just a shortage because of the conflicts over seas we are funding.
  22. lol 🤣, Thanks Doc.
  23. I’ve got fair supply of 308 loaded and ready and more ready to reload. Found some ARComp Al talked about and looking forward to finding a good load for that ruger sfar. 😃
  24. Hello 308, newbie here or at least new again as it has been some time since I first joined and contributed to your forum.
