If you’ve looked around you have probably seen it’s hard to diagnose on words. We need details of components, pics, your experience level, what have you tried adjusting, etc so it is like we are there looking at your gun. I agree both. I believe the civilian 308 actually generates higher press than the military 7.62. This is opposite than the pressures of the 223 vs 5.56 where the military round generates slightly higher pressure

I think LaRue fine tuned their stuff to work by trial and error to run on 15 sized components. Probably the reason my larue 260 rem barrel was ported to small for the 308 system recoil components. When I called them they wanted me to use an orange or red spring. I drilled it out and went with 308 recoil system - works perfectly. -

I got one from the Glock store- took about a month but it finally showed up. I want to pin it but they are so hard to get I don’t really want to risk effin it up.
