I have my dad’s, his dad’s, and several flown on Air Force missions in the desert(anniversary, 4th of July). All folded as should be and in display cases. My display flag was looking worn so we had local scout troop do a proper disposal and have not replaced it yet. I am actually contemplating putting up a flag pole for flying daily.

13+ grand a piece not bad if you can get the supply contract. I remember when it was discovered that toilet seats were costing $ 600 and how monkeys flew out of a$$es over that. I know a war machine is expensive but damn!

It’s true. It’s against the US code to display it like that. I know no disrespect intended but it is a symbol of a living country so it should be treated as a living thing.

I only have enough primers powder and bullets to do several hundred of anything I have but I have several thou of the more popular rounds. I’m not the biggest ammo horder on here but I have enough to last a while if I don’t go wasting it. I would like to waste(practice) more but right now resupply is tough and/or expensive.

Growing up we heard stories of sturgeon pulling mules into the snake river. Fishing tales for sure but anything that weighs 1000 lbs and is 11 feet long has some power.

I have never used a case gauge in all my years reloading. Never really had a need for one. I guess as a quick trim needed indicator it would be useful but calipers work for me.

Those guys are a riot. I wish I could have as much fun at work as they seem to have. I could probably pull it off but after the monkeys flew out of the bosses ass I’d be fired - they got no sense of humor and we got too many that would be offended.
