I read some folks had issues with the BATFE and Quicken for trusts. I used an attorney, it cost me $500. The trust actually makes a lot of sense beyond the class III stuff. It can protect your collection in the event of legal troubles. You can also spell out exactly what should happen to your collection should you die or become temporarily incapacitated. Example, if you get in an ugly divorce and the wife says you threatened her, cops cant take your collection. Your collection would go to the next person specified in the trust.
