They (Dick Swan) sued Larue, Troy and I think one or two other manufacturers. It's on the WWW if you google it. It's actually some pretty wild stuff. Swans a clever guy.

Everybody is probably afraid of getting sued by ARMS. I have not used or even seen an ARMS mount in person. Nearly all my mounts are Larue. The levers move freely for 3/4 of the travel but you know they are biting hard for the remainder. There's quite a bit of effort to release them. It's supposed to be that way.

No the mod Im referring to is the same as used in the AR-15 with the o-ring and the rubber thing inside the spring. know what I'm referring too? Whats the mod your referring too?

I stopped trying to follow it when most in the industry agreed it would never see production. Magpul did promise to keep the design for themselves. Who knows. Maybe the Freedom Group will buy Magpul and it will be another Bushmington or Remingmaster I would love to see this weapon in civilian hands.
