  1. I think your gas port diameter is way too fukkin' small for that barrel config. There's my $0.02. You gonna go off on me now, like one of your other posts earlier?... I'll wait... Don't send me a PM, man - if you're gonna act like you did in that other thread. Don't even waste your time doing it.
  2. If you follow the guidance, they're both great, and it comes down to preference for what you want either one for. Carbine Recoil Systems can be 100% just as reliable as Rifle Recoil Systems, if you do it right. There's no drawback to either one. Both are fully functional on the same gun, when done right.
  3. They're after your washing machines now, brother. Shiit you not. That's the latest in the past few days.
  4. Why don't you tell me why you're "Still PO at me!" Mike. Let that shiit out - and tell me why. You can either do this in a PM, or right here public. I'll take either way you decide.
  5. Don't even get me started, Mike. You're already well on the way.
  6. Mike - you make alot of people WORK to find the information that you just LOB up there, like a slow-pitch softball. Then leave... Put the info up when you say it, man. Just POST the info, man. Make everyone's life just THAT much easier - like when you clicked on that click-bait and watched it in the first place...
  7. Post the fucking link to Tucker tonight, Mikey! Jesus, dude, the drive-by comments from you are ridiculous. You expect everyone else to look this shiit up once you say it. Just fucking PROVIDE it when you state it - do you not have enough time for that? I mean, you obviously just watched Tucker - SAVE the link that you just watched, and post the fucking thing when you make the comment... How hard is that?
  8. ^^^ BUUUUuuuullllShiit!!! CEO of SVB sold 3.6 million doll-hairs of stock a couple weeks ago, before this "collapse" that magically happened overnight. Two reliable sources for that statement: https://www.barrons.com/articles/svb-financial-stock-sale-ceo-greg-becker-f5089a4d https://www.forbes.com/sites/brianbushard/2023/03/10/svb-financial-ceo-sold-36-million-in-stock-before-banks-collapse/?sh=60a1d7564b2a
  9. Right. You just rarely post content, unless it's a meme. You might keep up on current events - but you don't deliver the information, unless pressured. Unless it's a meme, brother. For Fuq's sake - if you have the info, then just post it when you make your drive-by comment. It's way - WAY - less frustrating for everyone here that way, in the long run. I stopped looking up things you've claimed and stated a long time ago, because it's just burning MY time to do so. If you have info, then just post the details for it, when you make your post. Take the time. You've been here long enough - you know how this place is. Instead of a short comment that instigates - just put the info up. It's not too much to ask of someone that's been here for almost 12 years...
  10. THERE YOU GO, MIKEY! Good assist @sketch. I'm trying to get Mike to do something besides post drive-by comments, and actually link some info here when he talks about stuff. It kinda worked, he posted 2. I guess that's success.
  11. How about throw us a bone, and link them, brother?...
  12. I completely agree.
  13. Wilson Combat sells a 15.5" Rifle Gas Tube, as well.
  14. I've broken one. Didn't snap it off, but bent the fuq out of it, right at the receiver. Colt M4A1, too, issued gun. The only reason it didn't snap right off the gun was because the buffer stopped it from bending more - it bent as far as the buffer would allow sideways movement, and stopped there. I wouldn't call it "normal use" because I landed on it doing a PLF at the end of a 60-ft Fast Rope. But still - they're not impervious to getting fucked up. Everything has to be aligned, just right, and you can break anything. A titanium castle nut and endplate wouldn't have stopped that from happening, though. That was HAPPENING, just in how it worked out.
  15. Also, this will never survive the Supreme Court Bruen Decision. Bruen will crush this over-reach.
  16. Aero is pissed, and probably moving anyway. Here's what they had to say about it.
  17. That is not the correct one. Wrong part number, brother. That's the M15 (AR15) rifle gas tube. "M-15™ RIFLE LENGTH GAS TUBE M-15™ RIFLE LENGTH GAS TUBE Item Number: EU0170 Your Price: EA Qty: Share Rifle length gas tube for your M-15™ rifle. Click to open expanded view Specifications Product Line M-15™ Product Category Gas Tube Length Rifle Length | 15-3/16"..." Don't buy that gas tube. You need one that's 15.5" long.
  18. A'ight, fuqr...
  19. Yep. With a little Black Magic mixed in. That's exactly how 2-strokes work, too...
  20. Fantastic find, and wonderful background, brother. Nice one.
  21. Just looked through one of these this past weekend - excellent sight. The guys were running it out to 450 yards with 55gr ammo, out of a 16" gun, with ease. Very nice sight.
  22. You can track it's process through the state senate here: https://app.leg.wa.gov/billsummary?BillNumber=1240&Year=2023
  23. Washington State "Assault Weapons" Ban. Passed the state house 55-41. Now goes to the extremely anti-gun state senate for approval. This affects Aero Precision greatly. Bill banning assault weapons passes Washington state House The bill passed the House by a vote of 55 yeas and 42 nays. https://www.king5.com/article/news/politics/state-politics/bill-banning-assault-weapons-passes-washington-house/281-8ec99c5b-d2ce-49cb-9929-cf4c36469c6f Author: KING 5 Staff Published: 8:19 AM PST March 9, 2023 Updated: 8:19 AM PST March 9, 2023 OLYMPIA, Wash. — A bill that would ban assault weapons in Washington state passed the House on Wednesday night. HB 1240 would prohibit the manufacture, importation, distribution, sale, or offer for sale of any assault weapon in the state. The term assault weapon characterizes all of the following types of weapons below in the language of the bill. semiautomatic rifles with an overall length of less than 30 inches; semiautomatic centerfire rifles that have the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and have one or more additional features listed in the bill; semiautomatic centerfire rifles with a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds; semiautomatic pistols that have the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and have one or more additional features listed in the bill; semiautomatic shotguns that have one or more additional features listed in the bill; specific firearm models identified in the bill; and conversion kits and parts that can be used to assemble an assault weapon or convert a firearm into an assault weapon, if the parts are in the possession of or under the control of the same person. There will be several exceptions within the bill, including sales to the military and law enforcement and for selling to out-of-state customers. The bill passed with 55 yeas and 42 nays, and now heads to the Democrat-controlled Senate. Both Gov. Jay Inslee and Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson released statements Wednesday night applauding the passing of the bill in the House. “Assault weapons have contributed to some of the deadliest shootings over the last decade, and keeping more of them out of our communities will make Washington a safer place,” Inslee said. “I applaud the bill sponsors and the Attorney General’s Office for helping advance this crucial public safety measure.” “The House today put public safety above the interest of the gun lobby,” Ferguson said. “The devastation of mass shootings extends far beyond the casualties and injuries. Mass shootings traumatize entire communities. We must stop selling these weapons of war in Washington.”
  24. I'll get into this one today, and get some observations up that will help. Bottom line up front - I don't think it's going to function successfully, right now, if it's just assembled and you took it out to shoot it. I'll have more info in a little while, once I go over it all.
