I feel you. I pretty much the same handguard, same stocks, same charging handle, same grip on all my guns.

So I realized I failed to update this thread with a range report. My matrix is topped with a Bushnell Halo sight (Circa 1990s), zero magnification. I mainly shoot milsurp out of it as I have it set up for 100 yards and closer. This group is typical of the rifle, when I take my time and shoot it. The Halo adjustments are a course 1/2 moa. I adjusted to correct the shot placement on target. Overall I must say I am very impressed with this rifle and happy to say it shoots the milsurp better than I had hoped.

Thanks, I do like the 308 more than the 223 in the AR platform. It just feels better in the hands. I do plan on playing with the .224 Valkyrie and 6.5 Creedmoor in the future. 

 

Currently I run the 300 BLK, .223 Wylde and 308 WIN in Semi auto AR platforms. In bolt action AR platforms I am running the .223 Wylde and .17 Remington.
