It allows you to have all the forums you belong to in one place and to upload pics directly from your device to your posts. IMO, it's just more convenient when posting/viewing on a phone. Having said that, the smartphone-friendly web version of the forum is nicer than any other forum I've visited, as far as ease of posting and navigating through sections. We take pride in catering to smaller, every day, regular Joe, types of shops. It's because we're not associated with that app that we chose to provide the most user friendly mobile option.
