They feel delicate when you pick them up, but they have exceeded expectations many times over. I wear them at the day job, and the night job, and still throw them on off duty. I wore them at the tucson gem show walking 12 hour shifts for six days, and then the vegas gem show walking 115 hours over 8 days. Tread is just starting to get chewed up, and not a popped stitch anywhere. I planned on buying a new pair at normal price so $35 is a no brainer. Good timing, I just got a new job and won't be working from home anymore so I needed some new business casual clothes anyhow :D being able to carry in a hidden pocket in the pants is just an extra bonus, and it's not like I was going to pay much less than $22 even shopping at Ross or Marshalls for khakis.
