So, Lake City Armory and affiliates will now be busy manufacturing "non standard" ammunition for other countries which could very well equate to a lower production capacity of standard small arms munitions...i.e. Military will get their munitions but additional capacity for production and sale to civilians will be further reduced or did I miss something?

A lot of this non-standard ammo is Com-Block stuff - that we use to train the Afghanis, Iraqis, fukkers in the Horn Of Africa (HOA), etc.  We supply the training AND their Ammo...
