Battle Arms Dev Posted June 20, 2011 Report Posted June 20, 2011 (edited) As a policy, owners of our selectors have the option to exchange their levers for something that may work better for them, irrespective of place of purchase. Over the years we've had hundreds of levers that were not returned because folks either forgot, or decided to keep them (I received emails from them stating they decided to keep them even though they knew they were supposed to return them). Unfortunately, the free lever exchange program ran its course. The cost of exchanging the lever covers shipping and a bit of our cost, we're not making money by exchanging levers with customers, we're not even breaking even lol. moagm316 Posted December 1, 2011 Report Posted December 1, 2011 If I could I would like to get a hybrid lever. What email address do I send the request to?
Battle Arms Dev Posted December 1, 2011 Author Report Posted December 1, 2011 Please send shipping info to roger@battlearmsdevelopment.comThank you :D
RayGun19 Posted January 10, 2012 Report Posted January 10, 2012 Another reason to buy from these guys. Customer service like no other (well, maybe Armalite ;D )
skeeter Posted April 21, 2012 Report Posted April 21, 2012 This is great, I would like to exchange one of my standard levers for one of those crank style levers. So your saying there's no additional cost to do that?
Robocop1051 Posted April 21, 2012 Report Posted April 21, 2012 The crank is a $6 upgrade when purchased from their website. You should be willing to at least cover the cost of the upgrade.
Battle Arms Dev Posted April 22, 2012 Author Report Posted April 22, 2012 skeeter, if you haven't already done so, please email me re: lever exchange so we can get the lever to you, thank you :)
skeeter Posted April 22, 2012 Report Posted April 22, 2012 Already exchanged emails. I can't say that I have ever had a company respond to an email within a few minutes, until now. Fantastic customer service! <thumbsup>Thank you very much!
