Optic recommendation for 100-200 yards

Got a new M&P 10 Sport, only have 100-200 yard ranges available. Would like to sight in for close groups on paper targets. Recommendations for an optic?

You won’t need an overpowering magnification. I would stay low, personally, 4x or 6x is more than enough.

I agree with this.  Too much magnification can be a problem just like not enough.  You can get a better quality scope in a useful power for what you pay for more magnification and worse optics.  As for recommendations, Primary Arms makes some very good scopes at a reasonable price.
