Most failed parts in an AR

For me it's been extractors. had several over the years mess up. Just recently replaced one in an armalite.

have shot out a few barrels,

another wear problem I've seen is the pins and holes that hold the two halves together. Don't remember ever having anything break in the lower. I have seen springs get weak. I have lost some of the small parts before. I finally learned to keep several of all those on hand.

The only thing I've ever had break in any of my AR's were bolts! I had a DPMS Panther that broke TWO bolts right at the cam pin hole! There was a pic of both bolts on here way back before the server change over, I don't know if they are even around now. I don't know if it's am issue with that gun or not, I sold it and the guy who bought it doesn't shoot it near as much as I used to.

trigger, firing pin, extractor.. gota add batteries for the red dots but not quite a breakdown unless you need it?  had a scope come apart but it was cheap.

Extractor springs. The only thing I have had to replace in my Armalites. Also the extractor O ring split on one of them at the same time.

I try to use the SHITS out of my gear but i have alot of irons in the fire.. the ones that dont break im still using but limited use as i have many more.. the key is to have a back up at all times, whether it be another spring or trigger , bcg .. be ready at the range for the next guy, makes good community if you can lend a hand in parts or just some common use and fundamentals. Lending a hand is how it starts. be it your un safe let me help, or your broke I can fix that here.  sharing is caring. SHITS 💩🍻
