Anyone mount a gopro on a hi power rifle? Handle the recoil? While hunting last week I kept running into game that wasn't bullet worthy but a photo would have been cool.

I had one on my 12.ga for duck hunting.. it flew off in the pond on the third shot . Recovered it and went to a head mount for the remainder of my hunting and have some good vids. 👍

Handles .308 Win just fine - the Go Pro will handle an airplane crash - recoil isn't gonna kill it. Just find a good mount for it :

 

I can show you a vid of a pretty wicked SuperMoto wreck that I had - the Go Pro lived, and gave me the video...

I'm looking at the little cube shaped one, the "Session" Hero 4 and 5 Sessions are going for good prices. Do they have a remote switch?

That track was 20 yards wide at the apex, and I cleared it, flying my ass through the air...    I never hit asphalt - I went dirt-to-dirt, like a lawn dart... 

But the Go Pro lived!...
