No Daniel Defense Handguards for DPMS A3

Spoke with Daniel Defense today. They have no intention on making tooling to fabricate handguards/forearms to match the new DPMS receiver height.

I don't undestand why DPMS would go out and change the height of the upper, after several aftermarket companies went to the effort to design products that would fit their rail height and barrel nut thread. The only thing that I can come up with is that they're trying to force people to use their accessories if they buy a DPMS rifle. If that is in fact the reason, I hope that Dpms actually loses loses business instead of gaining  business because of it.

yep, I feel that is 100 percent the reasoning. Look at the SASS barrel and gas block...same thing. If you want a DPMS buy a Fulton Armory

So ? It doesn't bother me a bit . Good for them .

As said Fulton Armory is the way to go .

I wouldn't call it a DPMS , cause they don't make them like FA..
