I’m tired of waiting for supplies to catch up with demand. Anyone have any ideas what to use? And just keep looking for the hand guards, they are around. @98Z5V can’t you take off the m5 enhanced hand guard mounting platform and use a regular hand guard with a different barrel nut? I have never tried to take mine off. Indeed - ANY of the Aero M5 handguards are gonna direct-mount right to that upper receiver. That's the beauty in it - any M5 handgaurds fit, and you don't need a barrel nut to mount the handguard - because the upper receiver takes care of that for you. But, it has to be an Aero M5 handguard - ANY one of them will work, directly mounted to that upper. 98Z5V Posted February 27, 2021 Report Share Posted February 27, 2021 You need to look for one of these three versions - the M5 ATLAS handguards will not work, but these 3 versions are what you'll need to find. Even though they're out of stock, select what you want in the dropdowns, and use the part number to search the web.
