.308 win NEW or reload??

Look at the pics. I bought those as brand new as "Military Surplus - German - 308 Win - 148 Grain - FMJ". Does it look legit to you?

They are Berdan primed.  That means they are 99.99% likely to be new ammo.  Although not impossible, they are hard to reload.

So, $1.04 a round for berdan primed surplus ammo? Since I reload and had plenty of reloading supplies I haven't had to buy live ammo since before all this B.S. started. Damn I'm glad I had the foresight to stock up! I feel bad for the folks just getting started with a new caliber, that has to suck!

Yes, it's new, it's surplus...  Nobody but the military ammo manufacturers seals primers.
