Ejector Modification

Just out of curiosity has anyone ever tried to take the square ejector and make it into the round type or at least removed the edge enough to make a functional item? Maybe this is a bit crazy, just something that seems like it would be possible. Could be a really bad idea.

Done this to every single one I own.  It's too easy to do.

But, for 5 bucks, it's just as easy to order the KAK part that Rex listed above.

Ok, that seems reasonable, but not very much fun, sometimes you just need a tiny little project to keep you entertained.
