Gunner308 Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 I live in NY and recently ordered a Magpul 20 Rd Mag to my house. NY is a state that does not allow a MAG with more than a 10 RD capacity. The Company I ordered it from gets by this by disassembling the Mags and ships them as "PARTS". Here is the link I hope this helps anyone else out that lives is a Ban State. 10 Left. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0084I8BEC/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00
NoFail Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 Over here in Kalifornia we get plugged 20 rnd Pmags that only allow 10 rounds loaded. Interestingly I got mine wet up that way from LWRC, and they are stamped "RESTRICTED maximum 10 round capacity".

Gunner308 Posted June 9, 2012 Author Report Posted June 9, 2012 They are still Illegal if you do not put a block to only hold 10 rds. It doesn't apply to me because of a Military Clause. But I do not intend on living in NY forever. It is a good loop hole in the law to be able to at minimum get the Mags shipped to my door.
