Gunner308
I live in NY and recently ordered a Magpul 20 Rd Mag to my house. NY is a state that does not allow a MAG with more than a 10 RD capacity. The Company I ordered it from gets by this by disassembling the Mags and ships them as "PARTS". Here is the link I hope this helps anyone else out that lives is a Ban State. 10 Left. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0084I8BEC/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00

NoFail
Over here in Kalifornia we get plugged 20 rnd Pmags that only allow 10 rounds loaded. Interestingly I got mine wet up that way from LWRC, and they are stamped "RESTRICTED maximum 10 round capacity".

Gunner308
They are still Illegal if you do not put a block to only hold 10 rds. It doesn't apply to me because of a Military Clause. But I do not intend on living in NY forever. It is a good loop hole in the law to be able to at minimum get the Mags shipped to my door.
