The real beauty in all this, everyone is missing.  Kash was just confirmed by the Senate, for FBI.  He doesn't have to be confirmed again, for this role - he was already Senate confirmed. 

DONE.

Since he's now confirmed, he an APPOINT anyone he wants to be the Deputy Director of the BATFE...   Yeah, that just got real.
