I'd love to get one but for the price i'll camouflage the safe I want and be fire proof.

As a life long woodworker and shooter I have pondered building furniture to conceal firearms many times. In the end I still think it's somewhat of a risk because around here at least the perps are often destructive in their quest for crack money. I think a spot for a handgun and mags is a great idea but I would not store a collection in a piece of furniture.

That said if that bookcase is made of hardwood or hardwood plywood $3500 is a pretty fair price imho
