Shootin 3/4 moa on AE 55gr fmjbt till they got hot and began to get some fliers. Fun and easy to shoot. Cheap too! Mossberg MVP Varmiter 223/556 and P223. Loads of fun.

Bubba, you and I gotta set up a shooting day. I have been eyeballing that rifle for a year now. Especially now that they have a 300Blk and 308 version available.

What type of mag does the .308 use???

I believe the 308 version uses sr25 dpms pattern . Deffinatly robo, where i shoot only has the 100yd open unsless we set up paper on the 1k range. Damn grass is too dry, if u cant tell. I love it! Next to my RIA 1911s its the favorite inexpensive firearm i have.

My buddy has been playing with light loads for his and its been shooting great. He's had the best groups in the 46gr range.

Is it .223 or 5.56 chambered?

5.56 chamber. Im gonna do some testing with different weights. Supposedly likes most quality ammo under 69gr but ide like to make a 77smk load for it if i can get mv up for that 1/9 twist. Shouldnt be too hard being 24in

I want to try some of those zippy 35gr loads. Nothing looks cooler than vaporizing a squirrel at 300 yards, into a fine red mist.

Haha yea tht 36gr grenade looks like fun. Ive got 4 boxes of 40gr vmax projos im gonna pick up and play with. Im thinkin 8gr of longshot to get 1000-1500fps

Distance is just 100yds. The rifle really likes the 55 SGK in N530 and 69 SMK loads in 2520. Barrel lenght like the 50s in 2460. Pushin those bastards almost to 3600 with no pressure signs and 1moa. Ide like to try some 40s and 77smk's. LGS happens to have a few k of each.

Been practicing prone from a bipod last few weekends. Finaly got a rear bag but not sure if i like better than my forearm. Think ive finaly shot off the last of the weeds so i can see better but in this heat the mirages are still bad but here are some 3" targets. Ammo is fed ae 55gr bulk packs.
