I was in karate 6-8th grade when our instructor was gone to tournaments or somthing we would get another from Madison. He was a pretty cool guy, he'd teach us all these defensive maneuvers. I always remember a flat hand to the neck was a "life or death" move. Being I was 12-13 and 6' tall going to the adult classes he liked to use me ass a test dummy.

Something I wish I had more time for great work out and lots of fun, this place was a chain tho if I ever did it again it would be a mom and pop type place
