tylerafields Posted August 30, 2014 Report Posted August 30, 2014 The barrel I have for my Remington R-25 has been to he'll and back several times. What would be a good barrel to go with for under 500.00 dollars? Preferably spiral fluted if possible. Thanks for any help
Robocop1051 Posted August 30, 2014 Report Posted August 30, 2014 The only two reputable companies I'm aware of, that do spiral fluting, are BHW and LWRCi. If the fluting is that important to you, buy any bbl then send it to Adco for the makeover.

shibiwan Posted August 30, 2014 Report Posted August 30, 2014 I've seen/touch/felt/smelled RedX barrels firsthand. The final finish (especially on the flutes) wasn't all that great, mind you this was on the small batch of barrels that I molested, not just one. For the record this was a bunch of fluted SS barrels.
