  1. Is is possible that the Floating Shell holder has something to do with it ? I have read where a floating Shell holder would let the Cartridge case align better in the Die . I think there is a Thread on that here , that I posted from MidSouth news letter .
  2. http://myfwc.com/hunting/regulations/ Wild hog Statewide Year-round by all legal rifles, shotguns, muzzleloaders, crossbows, bows, pistols and air guns. Hunting license not required. Wild hogs also may be trapped but cannot be transported alive without permit from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture at 850-410-0900. (D) Bag Limit: No Limits
  3. Yes , it is !
  4. Ya , they have to pay for the Help , which are uneducated , young ( mostly ) & its the bottom of the Barrel , as far as paying jobs , Job & they could be making $ 15 an hour , which took me almost all my life to get up to , so ya , shits going cost more .
  5. Got a chance to do a little testing with my new MEC single stage Press last night & it warrants more testing & curiosity . Had to remove my RCBS Bullet sizer to make room for it . I took two Match , once fired 308 Brass & lubed them . I had a brand new never used # 3 RCBS Shell Holder to use for this test & used the same Die , a Redding Bushing Die , & found out real quick , there is no Cam over with this MEC Press , none , it stops when the Shell holder contacts the Die period . One other note , the Shell hold is loose on the Ram , it moves around I would say an 1/8 " in any direction, kinda weird . I measured two Cases , # 1 was 2.004" & # 2 was 2.0035" , sized # 1 in the MEC & it came out to 2.0045" , moved the Shell Holder & Die to the old Pacific Press & I know I can Cam over with this one , but did not , Set the Die to so as the Ram stoped when all play was out of the system ( My Press handles stop a the Benches bottom desk top ) Put #2 case in & sized it , came out to 2.008" , needless to say I was perplexed & said , this can't be , there has to be something I did , so I took the full length sized # 1 case & sized it in the Pacific press & it measured afterward to 2.008" , so it went from 2.0045" to 2.008" just by changing presses which are set up the same , why ? Why would it make a difference , if both Sizing Dies are set the same & the only real difference is the Press & that doesn't make sense to me , yet ! I have to do more testing, that is for sure .
  6. If the Barrel or Shaft of the Safety fits into the Hole for it , there is nothing wrong with it , its a FCG Pin hole issue or the Safeties Hole, not in their proper configuration , which can cause that issue . There are some Triggers out there , including Geissele ( G2S ) That need some modification to them to proper function in some DPMS type Rifles . The issue is explained with photo's in the Trigger Section , G2S Thread .The issue will also cause the Hammer not to engage the Triggers Sear , because of interference with the Disconnector. I know because I have had it & contacted Geissele & they had a easy fix , that took an angle on the back of the Hammer surface another 15 deg. & I did it with a File. Only effects some DPMS rifles . & just to get the proper clarification on what interferes with what , the Safety can interfere with the Trigger & effect other components of the FCG . The Trigger is the only component that the Safety interacts with & has actual contact with , but as was said , can cause issues elsewhere .
  7. My Superlative Arms Piston kit Rifle has the adj. in the front & I have a Mid length gas system with a 12" Hand Guard . It is odd looking down the barrel , I try to look from off to the side, then down the Barrel & they gave an extra long Alien wrench for adj. , which works fine , even with the Gas Block so far in . It reads six clicks per turn , so I would think it have more then one revolution , but you never know , JP's sight shows a little different photo. I don't mind Clamp type Gas Blocks , because its all I use , but I don't care for complete two piece ones . Six screws though should hold it on with out issue & some loctite .
  8. Remove the Safety & see if the Hammer cocks or locks back into firing position . Of course do not fire the Rifle with out it , but testing with out ammo on the bench , as you have been doing . I have had to alter Safeties for them to let the Trigger move far enough down to engage the Hammer sear. Could also be interference with the Hammer & Disconnector , keeping the Hammer Sear from engaging . You would see a Mark on top of the Disconnector where it is interfering with Hammer travel . PA 10's have been on here with many issues , they don't play well with other manufacturers components & sometimes with their own . They are a DPMS type Receiver system , not AR 10 ,which is made by Armalite & the two types, DPMS /AR 10 have differences & we separate the two because of some Proprietary components between the two types.
  9. Appears to have an extra hole or two now

  11. I like this one & I'm not a fan of adj. gas Blocks . http://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/gas-system-parts/gas-blocks/ar-15-2-pc-detent-gas-block-low-profile-750-steel-black-sku452000221-97733-192698.aspx?sku=452000221&utm_medium=email&utm_source=marketo&utm_campaign=2016_12_22_newproducts&utm_content=newproducts&mkt_tok=eyJpIjoiTlRKalltTTRObVUzT0RGayIsInQiOiJjRjNaQlwvYVV2d0U2SUZuQ3FNMFdVUG5OOGtibStBbDRzWGZMbjB4Y0pXQTBxNUhcL1FtMGZjTkZxUGF6MktUN0VQUXM2d0xCTU5yVTZVVkVNUjRSbGNnZ1pZVGlFdFJ6SmxHeDlwUlBpSVhvTnZRRUVIc25VZVJaUlhmdFZDK0tGIn0%3D
  12. And today he is a good Mooselimb Terrorist , DEAD !
  13. Be waiting for your review , if no one has one . I like the 30'06 in an AR . I would love to have one .
  14. It may be an extra if you purchase it from their sight . It doesn't say anything about any extra's on the Brownells description , but they may not know whats in the package .
  15. Not where , but why !
  16. Read an article on the Liberals buying firearms for the coming Trump apocalypse. True story , I read it today.
  17. On their web sight , it reads a Anti rotation Pin set included , we will see if their product from Brownells , comes with the Pin set . http://jamesmadisontactical.com
  18. Yes , especially since seeing some first person fire fights & watching all the feeding issues using the metal mags . Of course that can be contributed to a lot of factors , but I think the PMags are superior to any Metal mag I have used in the m16 series of rifles . Though I'm real partial to Lancers now also
  19. Got $ 10 off & free shipping today . Much better deal then 5% off . Said it should be here on 1-3 -17
  20. Ya , snooze & you lose
  21. Damn , waited too long to add more to my cart & lost the 5% off of over $ 150 , so I dumped my cart till the next sale , which will probably be this weekend ( I hope )
  22. Welcome from Florida . Look into the Build sections & parts , plenty of discussions of what works & what is liked & why .
  23. Well , this is good for Magpul , but may be bad for you who don't have enough PMags in your war chest . http://kitup.military.com/2016/12/marines-get-pmags-fix-m27-woes-m855a1-round.html
  24. Do you really need an answer to that from us ?
  25. AH, come on , that was all fun !
