Chris you neeed a car 10 buffer for a 308....the one you picked out is for an ar 15..... magpul mispec will fit a milspec buffer tube...I would just get a milspec tube from outdoor gearbarn and not the pof..... just get a low profile regular ol gas block....and a rainier 16" barrel..my fav :) Wash Oh if you are gonna use the heavy car10 buffer for your 308....get his 308 buffer spring
