Badboy Just take a lil out of the inside...grease her up...slide her on....it aint rocket science or govt work try fit....sand try fit.....it should be rather tight...put a lil oil on the barrel right before the gas port... dont use any heat. :) Wash

Yep...Ive had to do that on a few of them...get you some sandpaper and wrap it around your finger and go to town...sometimes the anodizing /coating inside will make it tight....back away from the barrel with anything...lol.....after sanding clean it up then grease it up should slide on.... :) Wash

H will build you a complete upper....you can pick out your rail and send it to him ot have him get it Ive used his super bolts and also a stag bolt one time when he was out of stock. :) Wash

The best and easiest fix is dont use that ammo 700 rounds and 5 failures on that ammo...lookin good I would say PPU suks (blue box) btw blows primers I wont use it. the Privi match is awesome 168gr, :) Wash

Yeppers my Green mountain is going on 4 years now....pellet grills are awesome...I think the Daniel Boone is the smaller of the two....me and Rene have it. I wouldnt think there would be any need for the larger one. The only reason I put a smoke daddy on it was because the BBQ joint around the corner has BBQ that is so smokey good I was trying to keep up with their smoke...lol One thing bout Green mountain is that my parts warranty is still honored even after 4 years...cant beat that...neat thing bout the Green mountain...you can grill steaks and stuff too ,cause it can get up to 500 degrees and sear steaks,,,used it last nite for steaks...yummy! Me and Rene both have the "blanket" which allows the smoker to use less pellets. I order my pellets online and get 40 lb bags for bout a buck a pound delivered :) Wash
