  1. Yeah , from a Glock hater to a Glock owner. Friend by association . Group B ... I already got my 10 .
  2. Ran this through a ballistic calculator and here are the numbers @1425fps Hornady 142gr FMJ .355"diameter 868 joules 10.3 TKO 202 Factor 0.16 sectional density At a cost of about $0.15 each.
  3. Made some "Range Ammo" today . 8.6gr to 8.7gr of Longshot CCI 500 SPP Formed 1x 40s&w brass 1.135" to 1.140" OAL Should clock in around 1400 to 1425 fps
  4. So I can count Ray as one of the guys I converted . Right ! 🤣
  5. fHere are a couple pictures of the Lee Auto Disk powder setup on a single stage press.
  6. Made Some 8.0 and 8.4gr Longshot loads before starting on my "Range load" of 8.6 to 8.7gr of Longshot with CCI 500spp @ 1.140.
  7. Everything seems right ,but not sure about the gas tube with your barrel . It does NOT appear to be long enough.
  8. 9x25 Dillon barrel $265 Die set $235 New 10mmAuto Starline brass $20 per 100. Having the second fastest handgun ammo around ... Priceless !
  9. I gave up with the Lee AutoDisk powder setup on the Lee 1000. Just wasn't working for me. Put it on a single stage press and got a spring from Ace Hardware. Now it works great , the disk system throws consistent charges but choosing a disk from their chart isn't even close ! Had to keep moving to a larger size just to get close to the grains of powder needed. Now I am setup and ready to reload ! 😆☢️🌋🔥💣😝
  10. You could resize it to 9 x 25 Dillion .
  11. I see a Glock 40 longslide with MOS in your future. 10mmAuto is fun as hell to shoot !!!
  12. The saga continues , picked up 2k of Hornady 142gr FMJ .355" diameter bullets and now I must put together load data on a bullet that has NO printed DATA anywhere ! So I made 100 + with my starting load of 8.7 gr of 800X @ 1.140" with a very light crimp. Using data from 147gr and 140gr charts. Climbing this ladder should be interesting to do. Found a load on GF reloading section that I could emulate ; 140gr FMJ .357 with, 9.0gr 800X @ 1.146" using Remington SRP in a G31 . Velocity of 1406fps. I don't use those primers and my bullets are a smaller diameter. I have a book value for 140gr XTP with 9.5gr of 800X @ 1456fps at 38,000psi so that's going to be the Max load for my Ladder test. Picked up a pound of Longshot yesterday, the numbers look good on load sheets . Maybe faster than 800X. I have seen some crazy max load numbers on this powder on other forums. They are over book value on weight of charge but still under that max pressure of the cases. I will not go there ! 9.1gr to 9.2gr should be about the max load for this bullet with Longshot . Thinking about starting at 8.0 gr of Longshot this should be about 1400fps with 1.140" OAL
  13. Are you talking about pulling cartridges apart ? If so , 10mm Auto brass. But it's a PITA ! Projectiles are too small for 270Win or 270WSM. Yeah I have shot them in those calibers but it's not practical, fast but not accurate. You could sell the brass to me or Wash . Just throwing that option out there.
  14. Your gas port diameter ????? Length of recoil spring , count coils ???? ????? Length of gas tube .???? Size of buffer (length) & (weight) ???? ???? Weight of BCG ??????
  15. Go for it ... I have 2k ready to load.
